These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of practicefirstadvisors.com (the “Site”) and any communications you receive from PracticeFirst Advisors, LLC (“PracticeFirst Advisors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site and Our Services

The Site provides information about PracticeFirst Advisors and our tax, accounting, financial planning, and advisory services, and allows you to contact us and request information. Access to and use of any professional services is governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and PracticeFirst Advisors.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, accounting, legal, investment, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Using the Site or contacting us does not by itself create an accountant-client, advisor-client, or other professional relationship. A professional relationship is established only through a signed engagement agreement.

2. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from PracticeFirst Advisors, which may include appointment reminders and confirmations, service and account updates, responses to your inquiries, and other conversational or account-related messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

To opt out, reply STOP (or STOP ALL, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of information collected through text messaging, including our commitment not to share mobile opt-in and consent data with third parties, is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
